RSTO – Working hard to achieve Customer Satisfaction7th March 2011As a company, RSTO has always predominantly been focused in the areas of Sales, Web Design and eCommerce and we are proud to say that this is where we have achieved our greatest results and built our relationships with clients upon such success. However, as the business grows, we have found ourselves in a position where we can leverage further success in other areas, not least Customer Service. As part of an improvement plan concerning our Customer Service, we ran a Customer Satisfaction survey to gage how we are doing so far. Overall, 87.1% of customers are extremely/very satisfied with the overall satisfaction of service received. Moving forwards, we are integrating our Technical help team into Customer Services and have rolled out a new overall ethos entitled “how can we help” where our Agents follow strict procedures to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service possible throughout the full end-to-end customer experience. In addition, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to head up the division and build leadership around the teams and further enhance our offerings to our partners and customers alike. |
